How did you get into surfing?
When I was growing up, the beach was a natural part of my life as I spent time with my dad enjoying the long days at the beach. Honestly, one day after junior lifeguards I picked up a soft top and taught myself! After that, it has become an integral part of my life.
Do you do any stretches or exercises pre-surf or post-surf?
In general, I live an active lifestyle in and out of the water to which I spend a lot of time practicing yoga and stretching. When I'm not surfing, I am at Impact Muay Thai kickboxing, or running and conditioning when it's flat.
What do you grab for a post-surf snack?
Literally, anything. Nothing beats a NJ pork roll after a surf session but the salad at Seed to Sprout in Avon, NJ is pretty awesome too!
What's your favourite gear?
Love my Roxy gear! The wetsuits are so comfortable and come in a lot of pretty colours!
