How did you get into surfing?
I got bored of standing on my boogie board and started surfing with my cousins
Can you give us an idea of what your typical meals in a day would be?
I view eating as a wonderful thing and that it can be enjoyed through a good balance. I find a happy balance between healthy foods such as salads, chia bowls, smoothies, and chicken stir fries. On the flip side, I love pizza, bagels, pork roll, tacos, and a whole lot of coffee! 🙂
Do you do any stretches or exercises pre-surf or post-surf?
Nothing routinely but I try to do yoga and stretch every day as well as making the time to go for long walks on the beach.
What do you grab for a post-surf snack?
Nothing better than a delicious, Designer Protein banana and chocolate shake!
What’s your favourite gear?
Brian Wynn Boards for sure, O’Neill wetsuits, Dakine accessories, Smith sunglasses, Pura Vida Board Gear for my surfboard protection and of course, I absolutely love my Coola Suncare Products, thee feel so great on my skin and provide me the protection I need.
