How did you get into surfing?
When I was a kid, I always wanted to learn how to surf given that I have always lived near the sea. Since receiving my first surfboard at the age of 8, I haven’t stopped surfing.
Can you give us an ideal of what your typical meals in a day would be?
The best meal that you can have my in my region is the “Galette de ble noir”, which is a savoury crepe made with buckwheat and can be accompanied with almost anything 🙂 It tastes so good!
Do you do any stretches or exercises pre-surf or post-surf?
I should but I don’t. But, if you call running between parking to the sea exercise, then yes!
What do you grab for a post-surf snack?
Just some biscuits.
What’s your favourite gear?
For winter, I really like my Tribord 900 4/3 mm wetsuit! Great quality for an awesome price.
